Built-in microphone not working

Hello,

I have a Dell Latitue. Yesterday, the built-in microphone stopped working. I can hear the other party talking but they can't hear me.

Any help?

my dell desktop speaker is not working when i call my friends but i can hear what they speak. Please help what should to do.
