Can not find script file "C:\WINDOWS|system32

Hello,

i am using avast anti virus and before avast i was using NOD 32. When i have installed the avast anti virus. i m getting a pop up when ever i start my PC. the pop up says "Can not find script file "C:\WINDOWS|system32".
please tell me how i can over come this issue...
