Tranfering pics from my nokia coolpics camera

Hello,
I am having trouble downloading my pics from my nokia coolpics camera and would like to see if I could get some help. I am not sure if it the computer or the camera. there is not a found device on my computer when I go to it like usual. what do I need to do. Any help would be great.

Please indicate whether you are using any PC Suite for transferring the pictures because this particular application is essential for completing the task.
