Hello,
when i power ON my system, the first screen appears showing......S.M.A.R.T capable and status ok
but then nothing happens & i even cant open BIOS.
but when i remove hard disk i am able to open BIOS but since no hard disk is there so no further booting is possible
wht should i do?

It would appear that the hard disk is defective if it prevents the BIOS screen from displaying.

I doubt that you can. You might be able to transfer the hard disk controller board from an identical hard drive and then be able to read the data nothing short of that has any chance of success.
Good Luck
