Hey there,
My motherboard isn't detecting any hard disk nor dvd rom. Ive put a new dvd rom in there and since then it won't detect the hard disk. I have tried to replace the cmos battery but still no joy anyone can help me ?

If you added a new DVD drive you may not have set the jumper to "slave" - you now have two "master" drives. First remove the cable from the DVD drive (you jdo not have to remove it) then reboot. If the computer now works you have identified the problem. Remove the DVD drive and set the jumper to "slave".
