how to access internet through pc suit on Lap Closed

Hello,
I am not able to access Internet through my pc suit on my Laptop, but through handset it's fine.
I have got samsung L-700 handset. While configuring the settings in samsung pc suit, I could not find "Aircel" as
network provider. so I am not able to connect . Please help me over it as soon as possible , if u know anything about it.
