Problems of connexion to internet with Nokia

Hello,Please can someone give me information of how to connect to internet using Nokia 5130Express Music?i'd like to inform you that when connecting by navigator,it appears :error details ;or connecting by packets non valides!!please help me!!

call customer care and tel him to resend the setting for gprs.........it
