Desktop problems Closed

Question

Hey TJ i was hoping you could help me out.  My mother-in-law's desktop wont connect to any web page at all, shows i have a connection with very low send and receive numbers, I've flushed, renewed, and reset my IP, and still no luck.  Ran a diagnosis and it stated that Http, Httsp, and Dps could not connect.  It will ping to the number you gave earlier but not to a website, any idea what to do?

It is very best before you can go deeper to check all your connections and your modem it might happen that your modem is not working properly try to replace it if it is possible to see if something will happen.
