As a Techncian i will try to help you as follows
so if the screen saying no signal that means the monitor is sharp,
lets move to another thing,check the cable from monitor straight to a Pc that is connected properly,
If it is connected properly then check the cable from a case to the power outlet try to push it in correctly,if is correctly plugged,
so which means the problem lies inside the machine, i don't know whether your machine goes on or is dead completely can you tell me about the CPU(machine) so that i can give you other tips try to tell me about the beeps of the machine if is not dead completely
