Ignore the warnings, they are fake. But this means that you are infected with a rogue or fake antivirus program. Remove it using a free tool called mbam. Just see the complete removal guide here.

Just running Malwarebyte will not remove a rogue Virus, as a matter of a fact the virus will prevent MBAM from running for rogues are self-protective.
