Could you explain bit more
Based on what I understand, you want fill the row by numbers like
1/100, 2/100, 3/100....
If that is the case
1. in A1 enter 0.01
2 . in A2 enter 0.02
3. select BOTH cells
4 Enter the custom format # ?/100
5. Auto fill the series
