desk top shut down Closed

Question

Hello,
   I having problems with my desk top. every time i turn it on it will boot up, go to the main screen, it stays on for about a minute then shuts down. the fans are working. I not too long ago downloaded drivers for my printer off the net. Im thinking its a virus but i got it to work after that. the sound was distorted. It had like a scratchy sound when ever i moved the mouse or plugged my pro tools up to it. now its not allowing me to stay on for one minute

To restore your laptop to health we will need to go through 2 major steps.

1. Virus identification
2. Application of the proper remedies (some viruses must be removed with more than one interventions)

Identification:

1. Boot your laptop in safe mode with networking
2. Download and Install Hyjackthis
3. Request a scan and save a log
4. Copy the log and paste it here
