Safari says safari beta has expired

Hello,
I've just got a power book g4 OS X 10.2.6. When trying to connect to the net safari says "Safari beta has expired". So i can not get connected. How can i resolve this?

Uninstall it and reinstall latest and full version,here is the download link:

Thanks for advice, but i'm new to mac's. how do i uninstall safari?
