How to reach other computer

Could you pls guide me how to go/enter in another pc if i know the ip adress of that?

To enter in another person PC without his/her giving you permission is a crime, those people they call them as hackers
They are there to still some people properties like using internet for free, i don't think is the good idea for you to do that cause your going to get arrested sooner especially on banks, i can't risk for that
