Urgent condition formatting more than 3

Hello,
How can you change the colour of a drop down list names as well as the cells under it, that is if the drop down list are all my salespeople's names and all the cells below are Salesperson target, sales, discounts, number of case deals, then when you choose Mary her name in dropdown list as well as cells with the vlookup formulas that shows her figures will also change to orange, and then if you choose John then will change to green and all the cells below will chnage to green and so on.

Can anyone help me?
