Hello,
when ever am starting windows xp its shutting down the windows and restarting windows once agian
when windows is started if i click any application or program it is closing windows
what shall i do to remove the virus

Salam Abdul,

How do you know that it is a Trojan and not a worm?

If you boot in safe mode with networking (tapping F8) can you open applications?

There are multiple ways to bring back your system to health, if you can do the above, it will make it easier for me to guide you.
