SIM Voice Active Problem

Hello,
Whenever am trying to call using my phone,the call goes through but it brings a green phonelike thing.Then there is also aword either SIM 1 Voice Active or Sim 2 Voice Active.At the same time the volume of the ear piece decreases.What can I do to remove it?
