Nokiasiemens router not connecting

Sir,

I have bsnl broad band with nokia type 4 modem, the problem is when i connect wi-fi to my desk top through Belkin wireless adopter "N" in WPA-PSK mode its not locating the router but if i select network authentication OPEN its locating, please tell me step by step procedure how to connect my pc in WPA-PSK mode,
