Combine 2 rows into 1 row, over and over

I have over 5,000 rows of items I need combined, but they need to be combined in a certain way. Below is an example of the information I have, all in a single column. I need to combine the 1st 2 rows into a single row and the 3rd and 4th rows into a second row.

Here is what I have -

row 1 12 Individual Item
row 2 Item: DVD Complete Series (Hyb)
row 3 23 Individual Item
row 4 Item: DVD

Here is what I would like -

row 1 12 Individual Item Item: DVD Complete Series (Hyb)
row 2 23 Individual Item Item: DVD
