Gta san andreas giving a memory eror somtimes

hi! I have gta sa instaled and I m playing that but some times it gives a memory error that - 'the instruction at "0x00746929"referenced memory at "0x00000000". the memory could not be "read".' this is the same error report. please help me!!

Install ccleaner and run it to clean the dump memory of system,here is the download link:
