How to activate a mod in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas?

I want to know how I can activate a mod in gta San Andreas. In wich file I have to put it. (The mod is Lock car doors)

It is not initially in the game. You will have to download a specific file and install it for obtaining this special feature. Then when pressing L you will lock the car and when pressing U, you will unlock it.

Please note that you need to install the file in GTA San Andreas\Cleo folder.
