Toshiba-Satelite L300 D- how can i recover it

When I purchased this laptop ,it had windows vista Home premium OEMAct software but My dad took this laptop to back home and Windows & was installed but it was not proper version so I decided to have vista version by using recovery discs which i made them(2DVDs) from the spare laptop. I do not know what I am doing wrong which laptop does not ask the 2nd DVD after I put the first DVD. I get all the time the following error message on DOS system. Please let me know how I can recover the system. Thanks.
