Xbox recovery

hi i just got the 3 red rings on my xbox and i forgot my email and password. The thing is that i call microsoft and i need my email and password to get any help. i just wish i knew my info. They told me that i can see the emal that i used by going to account manigment. but i have to be singed in and my xbox has the 3 red ring.
