How to remove autorun virus from prndrive

i hav problrm while formatting my pendrive it could not gormat it whilr formating this msg came

windows cannot format this drive. Quit any disk utitiltes or any program that are using this drive ,and make sure that no windoe is displyanig contents of the drive.Ten try formatting again


also wen i am going to change folder options that is read onlr and hidden they also get hidden because of that autorun setup information i think that is autorun virus
