Virus protector still there..

i cant run task manger so i cant end process's i hit shift few times n yeah went through my comp that way ran malware bytes n anti virus live but still got same problem.. i went through safe mode command prompt n ran tasklist and AV2010.exe svchost.exe wingamma.exe wasnt there it didnt show me everythin that wasnt sapposed to be there i i hit shift few times at black screen i can access my whole comp n net that way but i just dont have a desktop n this shit trojan scan pops up everything works not task manger im still usin my comp now but log on is really annoyin any1 got some really good antivirus anythin everythin ill try it.. If i fix it or somethin (NOT LIKELY!!) Ill let u know

i also have no back up or restore point so that screwed me

Ahhh Yeah i tried task manger through control panel n it says administrator blocked it.
so im still stuffed
