My pendrive is formatting

hi dear..

i have a 250 gb sony pendrive
the problem is when am inserting pendrive in window xp system everytime asking for formet when i go for that option the device is not formatting..

after that when i go for win 7 system that pendrive is detecting and server 2008........ plz tell me how is use my pendrive in window xp msystem plz help me out brother

Hi there,

Plug it on system from which its being detected ,then move all files to a folder and format it making the system to ntfs then re transfer data to it and use on xp.
