Problem with HP laptop

Hi, I am having HP laptop, it works fine while charging , if i removed it from charging , it causes a problem , screen got switched off after 5, 10 min , so for that i have to do logout login thing, all setting i have checked within power option , there is no problem, do anyone have solution of this problem , thanks in advance

Its the battery which needs to be replaced to fix this issue.
