Urgent help for battlefield bad company 2 Closed

Question

When i try go to xbox live in bad company it ask me to make Ea account. so i did that. Then when i wrote my password and e-mail address it said ''Your gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to access xbox live functionality'' so i made new accout and same thing agen what im doing wrong?

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0

same here so what a waste of money i phoned them up they say there fixing it wait 2 days and now its been 2 months and it dosent work
