Help plz my msn is broke

Hello,
i also cand download the older one.
my msn stoped working so i downloaded windows live beta 09 which didnt work an now its saying tht i have to uninstall it i deleated evry thing which had windows live etc. i thn tryed to download the older vertion when it finnished it sed i alredy had a newer vertion installed i even installed regcure! and it still wont help i dnt no what to do an im on the verge of smaching my pc will someone help plz!!!!!!

also the error code is 8000ffff

i fixed it now all you have to do is download somthing called Contacts.msi
whish you can get from this web page https://messengergeek.wordpress.com/ an scro;; down till u fiind it
