Get on internet and it freezes

Hello, when i get on any of the computers at my home then when the computer is trying to load a big page then it freezes for minutes. And then after it's done it won't do it again unless i restart my computer. We have dial up internet with intergate
I also have another problem, every time i start up my computer there is a process that takes up 50% of the cpu and it is called tcpsvcs anything that might fix this

it must be due to your connection settings or in the worst case it may be due to the presence of a virus thus scan ur pc to be fix if yes ;-)
