Gprs in pc

hi,


I am using Aircel gprs in samsung 3G mobile. while try to connect to Pc i am getting the following error. previously i connected to Pc. I tried to connect BSNL 3g to Pc. all the settings got distrubed.


" Error 692: there was a harware failure in the modem( or other connecting device)"

please any one help me in this . thanks

You should contact your service provider and obtain the right settings for having it activated.
