XPS M1530 XP Setup

Hi,
I have DELL XPS M1530 Laptop, By DVD ROM is not working and now I want to install XP on this througgh USB. I hve format it thru Peertousb then run a Bootsect from Bootsect folder. Then I run a usb_prep8 command from USB_PREP8 folder. But when i try to boot it from that USB it starts and after making Partition it gives a error :"Setuo cannot access the CD Files" and only two options are there Press F3 and Enter for Continue.
Even I hve disable AHCI and Flash Cache from BIOS, but no solution.
