Brand new computer won't boot

Hey all, I just received a brand new IBuyPower computer and tried to power it up for the very first time. Everything is plugged in correctly. The fans turn on and the various lights come on. The keyboard's power light comes on. However, I am getting no signal to the monitor at all and it doesn't sound like the hard drive is running.

What's the deal??? How do I get this thing up and running??
