Cant find security settings on router

my Belkin router security has been set up to only let specific devices onto it, so you have to manually find the wireless device ip address and bring it close to the computer so it can discover it, its been a long time since i set my router up and i am trying to figure out how to get to the settings page of where this security option is and turn it off. The reason i want to turn it off is because i have a PS3 system and it isnt able to connect because i dont have a blue ray device (and i dont want to purchase one) to plug into the computer to let it discover my PS3. please help
