Hello Jane,
I truly hope that we will be able to repell the attachk and send the Trojan Horses to the glue factory.
1. Please download Malwarebyte to your desktop.
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
2. To outwit the trojans which are often self-protective, we want them to believe that Malwarebyte is just another run of the mill tool. Please rename MBAM-setup to kioskea.exe.
3. Install kioskea.exe and update it.
4. Turn off your modem.
5. Request a FULL system scan
6. Delete the items found.
7. Reboot your machine
8. To remain on the safe side, turn off your system restore for about 45 seconds, turn it back on than create a fresh restore point.
I the above does not work, come back with the results and we will attempt another course of action.
In any event, I would most appreciate your feedback.
Regards

do i need to run first the trojan remover and then killer or any of those?because there's too much pop-ups that is not understandable by intermediate user?

Hi Jane,
Malwarebyte is sure to get every thing including traces that may be left in the system volume information/restore. So I suggest your Malwarebyte.

Also just confuse whenever i opened a certain window and then i wanted to click back of the previous page of the window it's not responding is it still the result of being infected by the virus?please hold on to me huh?i really need ur help on this..

Just some left overs.
1. Clean your cache with CCleaner
2. Run Spybot Search and Destroy. (Do not install the Tea Timer Component)
