My pen drive not working

When I open my USB, Kingston 4GB in MY COMPUTER it appears REMOVABLE DISK G: thats was not really the name of my USB, then when I open it, it appears PLS. INSERT A DISK ,I click Right Click,then open PROPERTIES, it shows the 0 bytes,0 MB ,0 GB NO CAPACITY,NO MEMORY, WHEN I format my USB, it shows that my USB is unable to format. when i trird it to open in cmd prompt, the error is 'the parameter is incorrect' please help
