it has deleting my all personal and valuable file 
Kaspersky cant detect also i update to on time the data base
please help to fine this fucking virus with out formatting my hard

Stop using that f***k remember is not viruses who came to destroy your computer system is you,who goes on looking for viruses so, when viruses come to you,you start crying by saying viruses are f***king your data yes is you who made them to come to you by downloading and getting into website that are affected
so the only solution is to format the whole thing and start all over gain, i am pretty sure that your data is affected deeply 
so if you can try to change an anti-virus you are going to face another problem because the viruses is reproduced it self or you can wait for a day when it is destroyed so that you can start all over again remember this is a professional advice
