Help audio device

Hello,
i got a windowa vista and i got the program realtek and i installed it and my music still wont play it says it does but you cant hear anythning.
help please

Just check the audio options properly...u might hav mute ur sound options.....there is realtek wizard also dere...check it.....& last ur audio card has gone !!!
