Hello,

I have just recently purchased a new PC. On starting up my PC for the first time Windows Vista is supposed to run the set up as it was pre-installed on my machine. It keeps saying the windows cannot proceed with installation, as it received an unexpected error. How can I get vista to run the setup?

hello actually if i were you i would have return this thing where i bought it and told them to sort out the problem or give me another PC!
