My dell laptop won't start up Closed

Question

My laptop will turn on and this windows error recovery page will show up.  there are two choices i can select. one says Launch start up repair (recommended) and the other says star windows normally. if i select the fist one it will go to a blue screen and say Fatal system error. if i select the second one then it will keep loading and nothing else will happen. what do i do???
Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi there,

Remove any new attached hardware to like usb pen drive,printer,scanner,webcam and try again if continues with same issue then boot from windows installation cd and make a system repair,if possible please provide message and codes which appear on screen with blue screen.

Mine is doing the same EXACT thing, its a dell inspirion 1525, and I also need help!!
