TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE YOURE TELEPHONE SERVICE( HELPLINE) KEPT ME ON HOLD FOR NEARLY 25 MINUTES!I ALSO HAD CALLS FROM FRIENDS WHO HAVE "DODGY" BOXES, ONLY FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!

stop taking the piss! are virgin charging me the full price for a crap service the night of the haye ruiz fight or not?a simple yes or no will do!

the service provided was not what i paid £15.00 for! nor do i make phone calls to be put on hold for 25 minutes! am i going to be compensated in any way?
