mouse / keyboard Closed

Question

hi can anyone help me my mouse & keyboard have stoped working on ps2 port on my pc the mouse still lights up but pointer wont move i have tried a usb mouse & keyboard and they work fine thanks kenny 

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hi there,

Your ports may be out of use ,use usb keyboard and mouse,to conform check them on other computer to know f its the port or the devices itself.

how do i check if ports are out of use because the devices are working ok thanks kenny
