PC Booting problems...

I know all of us are messed up with this problem. I formatted my hardisk to another pc because i dont have cd rom. It is running on that pc but when i turned it back to my cpu..
It's not booting it just stop before i got into the windows xp display. I tried pressing f8 and run it to safe mode but the safe mode booting stop when isaw this mup.sys.. i tried also the last known configuration but it doesnt work it turns black.. i tried all the options on that f8 menu nothing happens.. please i nedd help.. thank you..

You can't install Windows on one PC and then move the hard disk to another. During the install the OS is configured to work with the Motherboard on that PC. When you move the hard drive an the motherboard is different then it probably will not work. It's better to move the CD player.
