TROUBLE IMPORTING PICTURES

ONCE I PLUG IN MY CARD READER IT TELLS ME TO PLEASE SAFELY REMOVE HARDWARE WITH OUT IMPORTING THE PICTURES.

this must just be common human error or possibly something wrong with the card reader itself, try rebooting the pc or plugging the card reader into a different slot, a good old dust blow in the slots may just do the trick for you

Dear Sir,

It could be that the card reader is not being recognized. Please consider plugging it to another USB Port to see whether the problem gets solved.
