Browser not loading pages Closed

Question

I don't know if my Firewall is totally misconfigured or if the antivirus program that I have on my PC (Win 7) is keeping me from loading webpages. If this is the cause of my problem, I have no idea on how to fix my problem and how to fix the settings on my firewall in order to allow the browser to connect to the desired sites. Can you help me please?!

Please indicate whether you are unable to open all pages or it is about only some particular sites for having the right solution.
