Sounds problem

I get sound from my headset when testing them, but when trying to use them over the internet in a "Gotomeeting" or listen to a You Tube video, I get no sound. Any ideas?

Dear Sherry,

Please check whether the problem that you are having is not for the fact that you need to update your driver. Simply get to the Device Manager to see whether the sound driver needs to be updated.
