i would like to say happy birthday to each of my employees on there spreadsheets in excel 2007. I am having a hard time to get each of there birthdays to work , I can get it to work for today's date, but I need there birth dates to work as the day comes up. any help with the formula would be a great help.

what you would need is a cell with the particular birthday in question as a reference point, Then using a formula link it to another cell. This cell would be todays date. when the birth date cell and todays date cell match, then voila happy birthday.

could you provide an example of your spreadsheet so we can elaborate on what I have suggested.
