Hi Everyone.

I was having trouble clearing a virus on my external HHD (1.5TB) which is partitioned in Two parts. 50% is in NTFS and the other 50% is in FAT32 (It is a Noontec V6 media player).

I stupidly converted the FAT32 back to a NTFS and now I can't watch my movies etc.

My question is how to I convert it back? I have used the Disk Manager and it does not allow me the option of converting it back to FAT32 only NTFS. My O/S is XP Pro.

I have tried to contact my supplier and Noontec with no response.

Your help is greatly appreciated. :-(

Probably the best thing to do is copy all the files from the old fat32 partition to the other ntfs partition. Then reformat the empty partition to fat32 using a program called EASEUS Partition manager - Then copy back what you want.

https://www.easeus.com/download.htm

This should do what you want.
