Facebook reset password

I was signed in facebook but had forgotten my password. I decided to log out to reset it but now i have not recieved one e-mail in order for me to reset it. From this i have no access to my facebook. I have followed links on their help page which leads me to one thing.. Sending myself an e-mail which NEVER gets through. I also tried turning off my anti-virus, but still nothing. Please help?

I've tried, no e-mails come through. When i try to change my secret question it says it's unavailable at the moment.
