Bluetooth problem

i tuned off my bluetooth but i cant turn it on again on my inspiron 1440. i tried Fn+F2 but it doesnt work. ders no icon showing up to tell its switched on.

Please help me... Thanks

press on start and type Bluetooth and open it and turn on .
